General FAQ:
Q: How
soon after purchase will I receive my indicator by email?
A:
Anywhere from within minutes to a few hours.
Q: Can
I request a screenshot to see the indicator I'm interested in on my
favorite symbol(s) and time frame(s)?

Q: What's
the difference between closed-code and open-code?
A:
When we deliver a product closed-code this simply means that the
easylanguage programming code is concealed and protected. When
it's open-code the easylanguage programming code can be seen, change, or
used to create strategies or other indicators, etc.
Q: Why
do you ask for my Customer ID#?
A:
We only ask for your TradeStation customer ID# so that we can hardcode
it into any closed-code indicator or automated strategy that you
purchase. This enables us to unlock the indicator or strategy to
our customer's computer so that it may not be copied and
distributed to others.
Q: What
is "Semi-open" code?
A:
Open code
indicator/analysis technique with a closed code function that contains your TradeStation customer ID# hardcoded in so that system developers who wish to incorporate the indicator into an automated strategy may do so.
Q: What
is your return policy?
A: For
indicators: As with nearly any
software vendor including major companies such as Wal-Mart, Target, etc.
we have an "all sales are final" policy on software. The
obvious reason is that software can be copied and kept. HOWEVER,
if you're truly unhappy with a product you purchased we'll make an
effort to better explain how the product may be used, or give you an
"in-store credit" to replace it with a product (or products)
of your choice amounting to equal value.
A: For
automated strategies: As with
nearly any software vendor including major companies such as Wal-Mart,
Target, etc. we have an "all sales are final" policy on
software. The obvious reason is that software can be copied and
kept. All sales are final on automated strategies.
